Bellinee's Bake & Brew is a popular bakery and restaurant that's been operating in the Northeast of Thailand for the past 9 years. The Sakon Nakhon branch was opened in 2021 and is their 4th location. Bellinee's has a large assortment of baked goods, including imported and locally made croissants, sausage biscuits, handmade pizzas, and special sandwiches such as a Triple Croque Monsieu Ham Mushroom Sandwich with White Sauce.
Not only are the baked goods made by Bellinee's staff (which is noticeably well trained), but local Sakon Nakhon bakers also are allowed to sell their goods in the cases. So, you get a unique combination of Contemporary European and local Thai baked goods. The prices on all items are surprisingly inexpensive for an establishment that is more upscale than the typical coffeehouse and bakery in Sakon Nakhon.
Bellinee's has a large amount of seating, both upstairs and downstairs, as well as a garden area outside, with seating next to a relaxing waterfall. They are open 7 days a week from 7am to 8pm, which is quite unusual. It's one of the few places in Sakon Nakhon where you can get a nice coffee and baked goods breakfast in Sakon Nakhon at 7am. They also offer scrambled eggs dishes.
Please note that Bellinee's Bake & Brew does not offer beer. The "Brew" in their name refers to their coffee, in particular their popular cold brew coffee, which you can buy for takeaway in a bottle. They are located about 2 kilometers away from the Sakon Nakhon Gate and Khmer Bridge on Nittayo Road when traveling away from the downtown.
