Une Fille Coffee & Space is a new coffeehouse that was built from the ground up in the countryside, just a few minutes outside of Sakon Nakhon city. A very sharply designed white house sits on a beautifully manicured plot of land that one hopes will be put to use by Une Fille for events and perhaps even rented out for weddings, as the white house in the country would make a gorgeous setting for a Thai wedding or reception party.
The name Une Fille is French for "a daughter" (or a girl). The architecture and design of the place certainly has a feminine touch, combined with classic European styling. Traditional coffee drinks are on sale, plus desserts such as chocolate cake, strawberry shortcake, and Basque Burnt Cheesecake, as well as mini-loafs of delicious garlic bread, which would make for a nice, simple breakfast or lunch. Everything is served with impeccable presentation.
Une Fille Coffee & Space also is making their own cereal products, such as homemade cornflakes (with raisins) and crispy almond flakes. The business has just recently opened, so one expect lots of additional offerings to be coming soon. The coffeehouse is located just 2 kilometers down the road after you turn onto Route 2339 toward Wat Tham Pha Daen, and just 500 meters past Wat Pa Si Wicha Phawana Putto.
